Wednesday started out misty rainy but afternoon sun reminded us the heat was just behind the clouds. The girls started the day by serving as the color guard for morning flags.
Fueled by French Toast for breakfast and a lunch of pizza our scouts had a great Wednesday. After lunch they volunteered to clean the shower house during. After another day of merit badges scouts were fed a picnic dinner outside of burgers, chips and watermelon, while the adults enjoyed the dining hall with a special meal thanking us for spending the week here. It was definitely a treat to enjoy roast beef, shrimp, Caesar salad, baked potatoes with toppings and tiramisu for dessert.
Evening program was Pipsico’s awesome troop competition the Aquadome! Dome, dome, dome.
Competitions included carrying fire on the water, 200y swim relay, hypothermia replay -frozen T-shirt relay, grenade toss(water balloon), razor wire challenge and a scoutmaster cannon ball competition. The girls have it their all and those not competing list their voice cheering.
