Millersville, Maryland
Formed in February 2019, Troop 192 is an active Scouting America troop for girls with over 25 members. We meet every Tuesday from 7:00-8:30 pm at Baldwin Memorial United Methodist Church at 921 Generals Highway, Millersville, MD 21108.
We are very grateful to our charter organization, the Severn Crossroads Foundation, for sponsoring us!
Troop 192 aims to grow girls into young women that are prepared to be leaders in the world. Scouting America gives valuable leadership experience, fosters a love for service, and creates outstanding citizens that are ready to make a difference!
The troop enjoys many activities such as camping, hiking, biking, kayaking, scuba diving, swimming, and much more. Many of our scouts are also active in athletics, the arts, and Girl Scouts. Scouting America can be enjoyed year-round at your own pace!
Troop 192 is led by Scoutmaster Katie Carico, who previously served as Scoutmaster of Troop 1214 in Edgewater, MD. She is supported by a committee comprised of local scout parents and leaders from various troops with strong leadership and professional backgrounds.
