Record Submissions

Since Troop 192 is a newer troop, we want to make sure we are preserving the troop’s history for future Scouts! You can help us by submitting your photos and records of the troop.

Anyone can submit photos and records, and we highly encourage parents to take pictures at troop events and submit them here to be used in Court of Honor recap slideshows, on this website, and more!

Follow the instructions below for submitting photos or records. Please do not edit any other photos or records in the submission folders. Once your records/photos have been processed, they will be removed from the submission folder.

Do NOT share the links to the Submission Folders that are published on this page. If someone from the troop needs access, they can request a login to the website.

Submitting Photos

To submit photos taken at troop events, follow the steps below:

1. Go to the troop Google Drive folder for Photo Submissions.

2. Create a folder for the event the photos are from.

3. Upload your photos. Make sure that they have uploaded correctly and are not pixelated, corrupted, etc.

Submitting Records

To submit troop records, follow the steps below:

1. Go to the troop Google Drive folder for Record Submissions.

2. Upload your records as Google Docs, Slides, or Sheets. Make sure that your records are typed up digitally; no pictures of physical notes or documents.

3. Title your document with what the record is and the date it is from. For example, PLC notes from the July 2024 PLC would be titled “PLC Notes: July 2nd, 2024.”

Troop records include, but are not limited to: PLC notes, Court of Honor programs/presentations/scripts, campout schedules, troop meeting presentations/plans, troop calendars, summer camp documents, and more.
